Prices
All prices include VAT & delivery. We review the prices regularly and make every effort to ensure that the prices on the page are accurate and up to date. This means that prices shown can alter without notice. If in the unlikely event there is a mistake on the site, we will inform you as soon as it is discovered. You will then have the choice to re-order or you can simply walk away.

Guarantee
All appliances come with the full manufacturer's warranty which is usually 1 year. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We can often provide additional warranty cover for up to 5 years.

Ordering
Please ensure that you are ordering precisely what you require to avoid any unnecessary expense later.

Delivery
Delivery is to any mainland UK address. The goods will be left by the driver within the property, where possible on the ground floor in the house, although this cannot be guaranteed. If you live in the UK outside the mainland, or when access to the property is not straight forward, we may still be able to deliver, however an additional delivery charge can apply. Please contact us for further information.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery if you have not informed us about any conditions that may affect the delivery or, when the delivery company arrives they determine it is unsafe to make the delivery. In such unusual cases a failed delivery charge of £30.00 will be levied.

The delivery is normally in the standard working week e.g. Monday to Friday. Deliveries outside these days are at the discretion of the delivery company, if you request this and there is an additional charge for this service, we reserve the right to pass this on to you if you still require this service. If you are not at the delivery address on the agreed date, we reserve the right to pass on to you any fees we are charged for redelivery by the delivery company.

Please note deliveries to remote areas or orders that are made up from items from different manufacturers may take up to 28 days. We may deliver the goods on our own transport or via an independent carrier. Some orders may be delivered in more than one drop. As the deliveries are often carried out by a third party we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Whilst we make every reasonable effort to deliver promptly and within the expected time frame, there maybe situations beyond our control which we cannot be held responsible for. These can include, but not limited to, manufacturer's sudden stock shortages, or manufacturing delays. We will make every effort to keep you informed as soon as we are made aware of them.

Delivery should be to the address to where the credit card is billed. This is to protect you as well as us. If there is a genuine reason for delivering to a different address e.g. if you are moving house, then we can deliver to your new address, please state the reason when ordering in the notes box. It is important to inform the credit card\debit card companies that you are ordering goods to a different address other than the invoice address. Alterations to the address may add to the delivery time of your order.

As a security measure before the goods are released, the drivers may ask for additional identification that will link you to the delivery address e.g. utility bill.

We very strongly recommend on delivery that you thoroughly inspect the goods before signing the delivery acceptance slip. In the unlikely event of damage occurring in transit, please refuse the delivery and return the damaged goods with the driver, making a note of the problem on the delivery slip. Please report the damages, faults or errors in the order to us immediately and then confirm the information to us in writing. A new item will be ordered for you. You can email or write to us as per the contact details section.

We cannot refund or exchange any items which are signed for as delivered in good condition and subsequently reported as damaged. Such damage, which could be seen on a reasonable initial inspection, for example and not exclusively, dented exterior panels, will not be accepted. This does not relate to any fault\problem found later that could not be seen easily on a reasonable initial inspection. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR GUARANTEE OR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

Installation
The prices quoted are for purchase\delivery of items and does not include any installation\fitting. However, in some cases, the fitting of an item might be part of the deal e.g. Plasma screens. If installation is included this is clearly stated on the offer.

Cancellations and Returns
You can cancel your order at any time from point of ordering up to the delivery date, and then within 7 working days from the day after the date of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You can do this by phone, email or in writing as per the contact details section. The goods must be returned in perfect condition & unused with their original packaging. Returning the goods is at your own expense and this is non-refundable. If Morpheus Control have to incur the cost of the collecting the goods for whatever reason, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods. Returning an item can also incur a restocking charge which can be as high as 25% of the value of the item. The full amount for the returned goods, minus any deduction for collection & restocking, will be refunded within 30 days of the date of cancellation notification using the original method of payment. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you wish to return an item that is not an error on our part, and/or the situation is not covered by the above paragraph on cancellations, we will ask the manufacturer to accept it back. Again the goods must be returned in perfect condition & unused with their original packaging unopened. This will incur a re-stocking charge which may be as high as 25% of the value of the goods. Please ensure that you are ordering precisely what you require to avoid any unnecessary expense later.

Any goods made to a customer's specification e.g. a custom built system, cannot be returned if you have made an error. Please make sure you are ordering precisely what you require.

Payment
Credit Cards - We accept Visa and MasterCard, Switch and Delta. When you place your order we take full payment for the goods. Due to increased security by the credit card companies, your transaction may be held if it felt to be outside your normal spending patterns and your card company may contact you to check that you have placed the order. To avoid this delay please inform the credit card\debit card companies that you are ordering goods with a value so they will expect the transaction. If for some reason there is going to be an extended delay in delivery you can have the opportunity to cancel the order with a full refund, or we can credit your card until the goods are available. Otherwise your order is committed and delivery will take place without further reference to us apart from contacting you regarding delivery.

Cheques or Postal Orders - We also accept cheques or postal orders, however all cheques must clear the bank before the order will be processed. This will add a minimum of six working days to your delivery date. Please make your cheque out to Morpheus Control and post to

Payment Security
The secure server used by this site for transactions has 128 bit SSL Encryption with Firewall Protection. All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using the 128 bit SSL encryption software and are only decrypted after they reach the secure hosting computer. The system has Verisign Digital Certification & uses Verisign certificates. The secure server is operated by BucksNet who are official secure Barclaycard VISA transaction providers and one of only 30 Internet payment gateways in Europe. Privacy Policy


We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Complaints

We take complaints very seriously. At Morpheus Control when dealing with your complaint we will be Fair, Confidential, Effective and Resolve the matter as quickly as we can. We will acknowledge the complaint within 5 working days and provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute, always keeping you informed about progress.

You can either email your complaint to us at info@ofec.co.uk or you can contact us by any of the methods listed above.

If you highlight to us an area where our service can be bettered, we will endeavour to improve this service right away. We will check any changes in approach or action due to the complaint, to make sure that it is working well and that things are getting better.
